Part-Time Logistics Administrator – Wakefield
Major Logistics are currently seeking a Part-Time Logistics Administrator to join our friendly team based in Wakefield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a background in logistics or administration who is looking for a varied and rewarding role.
Pay & Hours
- Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
- Hours: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Wednesday but shifts / hours can be flexible
- Additional hours may also be available to cover holidays and sickness
Key Responsibilities
- Inputting and maintaining data accurately on internal systems
- Processing weekly payroll for temporary staff
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing drivers and logistics candidates
- Ensuring full compliance with legal, client, and company requirements
- Providing general administrative and recruitment support to the operations team
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous administration experience (preferably within the logistics or transport sector)
- Computer literate
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skill
